Cool Mailer is simple mailing list system for small and middle-size web sites. It supports CSV parsing, it can parse ANY well-known CSV with e-mail addresses, batch adding of addresses from text list files (which are made from parsed CSV), removing of addresses, etc. It sends HTML mails, has WYSIWYG editor for e-mail messages, can pause sending and continue it next time, and it has many more options.
