Once I saw TEMP folder 3GB in size and I have made this program ASAP and released it as free software. Just install my application and run it first time manually, it will autoinstall itself in Windows startup. After that, on every system startup it will empty your TEMP folder.
This application is 4 years old at the time of writing this text, and it is still very popular. I might consider making brand new (Vista ready) version in near future.
