I am not satisfied with tools provided by ImageShack so I’ve created my own ImageShack Hotspot.
It is built with look and feel of FlashGet’s floating button, so you can move it around the screen and everytime you move it, it will remember current position. It is also semi-transparent so you can see what’s below it. If after all this it is still annoying, you can place it in system tray if you choose option “To/from tray” after you right click the frog. Choosing same option from system tray icon menu will remove it from tray and show it on the desktop. The process of uploading images very simple: Drag your image file (all ImageShack formats are supported) onto frog (that is hotspot itself) and when you drop image file there upload process will begin.
When finished successfully you will get four links of image file:
- direct image url
- html code for websites or MySpace
- bb code for forums
- ImageShack.us preview url
Just click on one of three edit boxes and contents of that edit box will be copied in clipboard. Then press ESC to close window. After that you can paste copied string to your favorite program.

Ja koristim program “No Garbage još od samog početka i veoma sam zadovoljan njime, iako mi je jedan kolega rekao da navodno šteti hard disku, ali još dok ste bili školarac nekako sam imao intuiciju da to što ste uradili je dobro i da moja trojka (kupljena polovna 2003 sa hard diskom od 30 Gb radi solidno. Da napomenem da ste me obavestili da ste na uspomenu na preminulog brata odlučili da nam poklonite besplatno na korišćenje ImageShack Hotspot. Ali ja jednostavno nisam znao dali mi treba ili netreba.Ako se sećate pitao sam Vas i za neki savet za suprugu koja je slepa 95% i odgovorili ste mi da se slobodno obratim i za udruženje slepih ako nešto bude trebalo. hey this is a great tool! thanks for making it, i use it every single day, but could i suggest a feature to upload from url? so i dont have to save images to my pc before uploading to post in my pages….
Maybe in next version. I have no free time to develop ImageShack Hotspot these days, but when I find some free time I might consider your suggestion. Thank you.

1) The possibility of transfer of the image to any other account FTP (www)
2) The possibility of using a login and password

I’m very happy with your program, but I cannot close my computer, when hotspot is still on.
What can I do, besides closing Hotspot.?
if possible, can you make the frog some smaller?
